LuMoo Pet collects the contact, pet and appointment details needed to provide grooming services and communicate about bookings.

Account passwords are stored only as secure hashes. Uploaded customer documents and grooming photos are restricted to authorised administration access.

Marketing messages are optional and can be unsubscribed from without affecting transactional appointment messages.

When you choose to load Google reviews, our server requests current public business reviews from Google Maps. Review content is displayed for that page visit and is not stored in our database. Author images and Google links connect to Google services. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
